Hi there, I am so glad we are connecting on my page. I am passionate about sharing Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness. I grew up in an environment where yoga and spiritual living were present from a very young age in India and moved to America at the age of 10. However, I more routinely re-connected with my own yoga practice as a young adult. My daily yoga practice began as an outlet from my corporate job to release stress and live more in the present moment. Overtime I began to deeply connect with the healing and contentment that could be accessed with a true yoga practice. After which there was no looking back, I jumped in and completed a 500-hour yoga alliance certified teacher training at ISHTA (NY) that included components, such as pranayama, meditation, and ayurveda. I left my corporate job to start teaching Yoga and Wellness. I love teaching and sharing Yoga in order to help bring more physical, mental, energetic, and spiritual balance into each part of my student’s life. I believe yoga should be customized to the environment, needs, and body of the person experiencing it. I use a combination of my training, skills, intuition, and experience to be fully present while I serve others through this powerful and inspiring practice.
