Do you have a passion or topic that you love so much that you could talk about it endlessly? Well for me that is mindfulness, yoga, and spiritual living! I love discussing this topic anytime with anyone that is willing and I felt even more passionate about it once I completed my yoga teacher training. So I thought why not create a space, where I can share my journey on this path. Yoga and meditation practices have had such a huge impact on my own life that I hope to make it more accessible to others too. So this will be a place to express, share my love for this topic, and document my learning. Here are a couple of ways to get started:

Now I would love to formally welcome you to check out my first post ‘The courage to make a change’. This post seemed like the obvious choice for my first, as it was one of the biggest life-changing decisions of my life that led me deeper down the road of yoga and spirituality.
So thank you and welcome again, my sole purpose with this blog is to be authentic and to inspire. Inspire to action, to love, to find peace, to find grounding, or to reach for your own calling. However I can hold that space for my fellow seekers would be an honor!
