I am a corporate accountant turned stay-at-home mom pursuing my passion for Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness while raising my two boys. Although I grew up in an environment where yoga and spiritual living were present, I re-discovered my own routine practice as a young adult. My yoga practice began as an outlet from my corporate job to release stress and live in the present moment. In order to immerse myself further, after my first son I completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training at ISHTA (NY) that included other aspects, such as pranayama, meditation, and ayurveda. I chose or should I say the yoga path chose me, but it has been something that has given me so much freedom and empowerment. I love exploring and sharing Yoga, a practice that helped me balance and bring mindfulness into each aspect of my life.
